Inness is a 220-acre country retreat in Accord, New York, designed by Post Company and Taavo Sommer as a modern pastoral escape. The property unfolds as a loose village of timber-clad cabins, a farmhouse inn, and a restaurant overlooking the Shawangunk Ridge. Inside, natural light falls over stone, oak, and linen — spaces that feel both elemental and refined. It’s the kind of place where design disappears into atmosphere: quiet mornings by the hearth, golden fields at dusk, and the sense that time has slowed just enough to notice it.
